Sip & Breathe is built on the belief that coffee is more than a drink - it's a ritual, a pause, a story.
At the heart of Sip & Breathe sits the memory of the coffee mornings I once shared with my mum. The soft whirr of her old coffee grinder, the very grinder that now inspires our logo, the smell of freshly brewed coffee drifting through our family kitchen, and the laughter that filled the room before the day had even begun. Our messy morning hair, our dressing‑gown chats, the comfort of being completely ourselves.Those moments shaped me over the years and became the core of our morning ritual, a ritual I still carry with me and the foundation of everything this space stands for.
When we lose parents, our world can feel suddenly unanchored. After many years of living away, returning home has always been a way to steady myself, it is my safe space, the place where I can step back into the rooms that still hold my mother’s love and warmth, even after all this time. There’s a stillness in her house that lets me breathe, remember myself, and forget everything beyond its walls. Seeing it again always brings me back to that warmth, that stillness, that quite sense of home.It reminded me that these moments mattered, that they shaped me, and that they deserved a place to live on and be shared.
That was the moment Sip & Breathe came to life.
Through an online presence and meaningful collaborations, Sip & Breathe invites you to slow down and experience each cup as a quiet sense of belonging, while coffee grounds are transformed into crafted moments that carry your story forward, gently bringing the ritual into your home. Every detail is intentional, every sip carries a memory, and every guest is welcomed into a story waiting to unfold.

At Sip & Breathe, we believe it starts long before it reaches our cup - in the soil, in the rhythm of harvest, and in the hands that pick each cherry with care. Coffee is a slow craft, shaped by patience, weather, and the quiet rituals of those who tend to it. That belief guided us when choosing our coffee‑roasting partner.
We looked for more than skill, we looked for connection. For people whose care and passion for sourcing matched our own, and who could trace each bean back to its origin with honesty and respect. For us, sustainable sourcing means honouring every step of the journey, from regenerative farming practices to the ecosystems that cradle each crop. Behind every mindful brew is a community of growers, caretakers, and roasters who work with intention, ensuring that the future of coffee remains fair, traceable, and rooted in respect.
Our roasting partners work in small batches to preserve each bean’s character, build long‑term relationships with farming communities, and select coffees that are Organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, B‑Corp, or transparently traded. Their commitment ensures that every bean carries not just flavour, but integrity. Because sustainable sourcing isn’t only about where coffee comes from, it’s about how it’s grown, how it’s shared, and how it makes us feel as we slow down with each cup.
